This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Contact Trail Pro, provided by Palms Media LLC.
Billing
Contact Trail Pro is a monthly subscription billed at $29.99/month through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time:
Use the link in the Stripe receipt emailed to you to manage or cancel your subscription, or
When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current paid billing period; you will not be charged again afterward.
Refunds
We want you to be happy with Contact Trail Pro. If something isn't working for you, contact [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we will work with you in good faith, which may include a full or pro-rated refund at our reasonable discretion. Outside of that window, charges for completed billing periods are generally non-refundable, and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding past ones.Palms Media LLC may adjust the specific refund terms above; please confirm your final policy before launch.
